Here are the things I did in my busiest day this week.

Woke up at 6:31 AM Did a 15 minute stretching exercise from 6:32 AM to 6:47 AM Went downstairs and got some breakfast at 6:50 AM After breakfast showered at 7:23 AM
Finished shower and did school work from 8:03 to 11:32 PM After school did a basketball workout from 11:38 to 12:42 PM After basketball workout ate lunch at 12:47 AM After lunch I relaxed for the rest of the day
